Signals, Now on X (Twitter)
We've been busy behind the scenes, and today we're excited to announce a significant update to our signal delivery system: full integration with X (formerly Twitter). Our trading system will now broadcast signals directly to X. This isn't about expanding reach or marketing; it's about demonstrating our commitment to transparency and showing that we have nothing to hide.
What's New: Key Features
We've engineered this integration to be robust, reliable, and fully aligned with our commitment to precision. Here’s a breakdown of the key features now live:
Simultaneous Posting
X posts are now sent at the exact same moment as Telegram signals. This ensures consistency and immediate public dissemination, allowing for real-time verification of our system's output.
Day Filtering
Control is key. Signals will only be posted on X on configured days: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This allows for strategic scheduling of public disclosures without sharing every signal.
Resilient Error Handling
What happens if X goes down? Telegram signals remain unaffected. Our system is designed with independent error handling, meaning Twitter failures do not impact Telegram posting. Our main signal delivery remains uninterrupted, ensuring our core operations are stable. Our clients should not care for X to be honest, this is just a duplication of 3 days worth of signals.
Why the Specific X (Twitter) Message Format?
You might notice that our X (Twitter) posts follow a very specific format, different from our Telegram signals. These deliberate choices are made to significantly reduce the risk of our account being flagged or banned by Twitter. Twitter has strict policies against automated content, especially anything that could be perceived as financial advice, market manipulation, or spam.
Here's a breakdown of the specific changes and their purpose:
"Signal Log" Header
Change: From "🔔 Trading Alert 🔔" to "Signal Log – [ASSET]". Purpose: This clearly indicates that the tweet is an automated log of system activity, not a direct trading signal or recommendation. It sets the expectation that the content is for informational purposes related to system transparency.
Removed "Current Price"
Change: These fields were removed from the Twitter message. Purpose: These metrics are often associated with active trading signals. Removing them further distances the tweet from being interpreted as a live trading recommendation, which helps avoid policy violations.
Added "Time" Field
Change: Included the current time in UTC. Purpose: Including a timestamp reinforces that this is a log of an event that occurred at a specific time, rather than a real-time market call. It adds to the "logging" aspect and enhances transparency by providing context.
Modified Disclaimer
Change: From "Automated system logs. No signals, no advice. Just outputs." to "Transparency-only system output. No advice. No recommendations." Purpose: This is a stronger and more explicit disclaimer. It directly addresses potential misinterpretations by stating that the output is purely for transparency and not for financial advice or recommendations. This is crucial for compliance.
Hashtag Change
Change: From #CryptoSignals #ASSET
or #systemlog #botoutput
to #systemlog #infra
.
Purpose: These hashtags are more aligned with system logging and infrastructure, further reinforcing that the tweets are about the bot's operation rather than trading signals. This helps avoid triggering filters for trading-related content.
In essence, all these modifications aim to make the tweets appear as benign system logs rather than active trading signals, significantly reducing the risk of violating Twitter's policies and getting the account banned. This approach allows us to maintain public transparency without compromising our operational integrity on the platform.
Why This Matters: Our Commitment to Transparency
This integration isn't about marketing; it's about our core value of transparency. By sharing our signals on X, we demonstrate that:
- We Have Nothing to Hide: Every signal, win or loss, is publicly visible, reflecting our true performance on those days.
- Our System is Real: You can see our automated system in action, delivering signals consistently and without manual intervention.
- Integrity is Paramount: We stand by our signals, and this public sharing is a testament to our confidence in our system and our commitment to honest reporting.
Our Future is Transparent
This X integration is another step towards a more transparent trading experience. We believe in building robust systems and demonstrating our integrity, and this update delivers exactly that. We have nothing to hide, and this public sharing is a testament to our commitment.
